These egg & sweet potato muffins have a soft texture and mild flavor, making them suitable for babies around 1 year old and ideal for baby-led weaning (BLW).

- 2 eggs / ๋ฌ๊ฑ 2๊ฐ
- 100g steamed sweet potato (about 1 small piece) / ์ฐ ๊ณ ๊ตฌ๋ง 100g (์์ ๊ฒ 1๊ฐ ์ ๋)
- 2โ3 tbsp milk or soy milk / ์ฐ์ ๋๋ ๋์ 2~3ํฐ์
- A small amount of oil (for greasing) / ์์ฉ์ ์ฝ๊ฐ (ํ ์ฝํ ์ฉ)

- Mash the sweet potato.
Mash it while still warm.
